Al Mojil Group’s board rejects all contracts concluded with related parties

The board of Mohammad Al Mojil Group Company, an off-shore oil and gas contractor, rejected contracts and transactions conducted with related parties in 2013, including those in connection with board director Adel al-Mojil, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

 

The board has also approved the auditing report and the financial results of 2013. It agreed to appoint auditor Al Bassam and Al Nemer of Allied Accountants to review the annual and quarterly results of 2014.

 

Mohamed al-Khaldi and William Milligan will replace Fahd al-Ragtan and John MacPhail as board members, it agreed.
