AL-KHODARI SIGNS SAR 70 MILLION CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL MINISTRY

With reference to the earlier announcement of 05/12/1432H corresponding to 01/11/2011G, Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces completion of the signing of the contract with the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs (Jazan Municipality) for cleaning of cities and villages at Jazan (Area 2) within a period of 1095 days from the date of site handing over. The contract is valued at SAR 70,000,000 as per the contract copy which was received by the company on 01/01/2012 after being signed by his Highness the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs. The financial impact of this project is expected to be in the second quarter of the financial year 2012.
