Taiba Acquires more interest in Al Theraa Al Makeen

Taiba Holding Company has acquired part of ARAC’s (affiliated co.) share in Al Theraa Al Makeen industrial company as announced today on tadawul.

Taiba acquired 8,000,000 shares for SAR 40m, financed by its internal resources, which raises its interest in Al Theraa Al Makeen from 47.5% to 55.5%.

Al Theraa Al Makeen is an industrial company investing in the chemicals and petro chemicals industries; with SAR 1000m cpaital owned by Taiba holding along with other partners.
