SAFCO OKs capital raise; 30% cash dividend for H2-2014

Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Company (SAFCO) approved on Tuesday a 25 percent capital raise from SAR 3.33 billion to SAR 4.17 billion through the issuance of one bonus share for every four shares.

The company also approved a 30 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 3 per share for the second half of 2014.
