Saudi Industrial Export Company (SIECO) has agreed to start talks to buy a medical supplies plant with other partners, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
The company, which imports and exports products such as fertilizers, petrochemicals and bulk commodities, will make a decision on the acquisition after a three-month study, it added, without elaborating about the partner or the factory.
