Mohammad Al Mojil Group (MMG) appointed Hafiz Al Shafei as chief executive of the group to replace William Milligan who resigned for personal reasons, effective Aug. 23, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
The Saudi contractor is restructuring its team, as well as technical and operational capabilities, to further support its ongoing and future operations.
Al Shafei previously held the position of chief operating officer and other executive titles in private and public sectors in the U.S., Kuwait, and UAE, according to the company’s statement.
