Umm Al-Qura Cement postpones general assembly on low quorum

Umm Al-Qura Cement Co. has postponed its general assembly meeting that was scheduled on May 30, due to lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday. 

 

The cement firm will announce a new date for the meeting after receiving the related regulatory approvals.
