Saudi Arabia’s housing ministry signed agreements with six local real estate developers to build almost 15,000 residential units in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah, official news agency SPA reported.
Al Amiriyah Co., Al-Tamimi, Qudeebi & Shazan, and Al-Fahad Co. were among the project winners.
The new deals were concluded after the ministry had launched the eleventh phase of its Sakani housing program that includes allocation of 36,798 housing products.
