Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) postponed its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Wednesday due to a lack of quorum. 

 

The new date for the meeting will be announced after the company obtains required regulatory approvals, SIECO said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The meeting was to discuss the SIECO’s capital reduction plans.
