Dar Al Arkan shares traded in a negotiated deal

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. saw a negotiated deal on its stock today, where 3.5 million shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 10.90 per share against an official price of SAR 10.82.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
