Bahri approves 15% dividend for FY17

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) general assembly has approved a 15 percent cash dividend for fiscal year 2017, at SAR 1.5 per share, amounting to SAR 590.63 million.

 

Shareholders also delegated the company’s board of directors to issue semi-annual or quarterly dividend for fiscal year of 2018 according to corporate rules and regulations.
