Tabuk Agricultural extends agreement with Al Amri Foundation

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) has extended an agreement to acquire a majority stake in a new company that will be established by Ahmed Hussein Ahmed Al Amri Foundation.

 

The agreement, which was initially signed in February, has been extended to Dec. 15, 2018, TADCO said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the agreement, TADCO will invest up to SAR 60 million in return for a 60 percent stake in the new company.
