The Saudi Ministry of Labour and Social Development has launched 68 initiatives to boost Saudization rates in the private sector, said labor minister Ahmed Al-Rajhi.
The first phase of these initiatives will be launched within three months, and other phases will follow later on.
“These initiatives would enhance growth rates in the private sector entities, provide more job opportunities, support entrepreneurs and increase work competitiveness,” Al-Rajhi added.
The initiatives aim to increase training opportunities, improve the business environment, and enhance decision-making skills. They are also aimed at increasing Saudization rates in segments like telecommunication, healthcare, real estate, contracting, restaurants and cafes.
