Anaam Holding shareholders elect board members

Anaam International Holding Group Co.’s general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the coming three-year term starting on November 28, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

 The new board includes Hassan Yamani, Prince Nawaf Abdullah T. Al Saud, Waleed Qattan, Mohammed A. S. Attar and Raied Katy.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee and elected its members.
