Abo Moati makes key appointments

Abdulla Saad Abo Moati For Bookstore Co. (Abo Moati) appointed Saad Abdullah Abo Moati as a chairman of the board of directors for the term starting today until Dec. 15, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.​

 

The board of directors also named Abdelaziz Al-Dawish as a vice chairman for the same board term.

 

In addition, Abo Moati’s board formed a nomination and remuneration committee, appointed a secretary of the board and named the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the statement added.
