SEDCO Capital REIT plans dividend for Q4 2018

SEDCO Capital REIT Fund will pay a 1.53 percent cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.1525 per unit, amounting to SAR 9.15 million, the fund manager, SEDCO Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

 The dividend represents 1.57 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2018, the fund manager added.
