Tabuk Cement inks MoU to export clinker, cement to Yemen

Tabuk Cement Co. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with International Tataloat Co. Ltd. to export 600,000 tons of clinker and 150,000 tons of cement to Yemen, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The MoU has a term of one year starting from the signing date, effective Jan. 2, 2019.

 

The financial impact of the deal is expected to materialize during the first half of 2019.
