Buruj shareholders approve board, audit reports

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders have approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting held on May 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders have also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

Meanwhile, they have approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including related party transactions.
