Zamil Industrial Investment Co.’s board of directors has re-appointed Khalid Al Zamil as board chairman for the current term that started on May 1, 2019.

 

The board has also named Abdallah Saleh Al Dosari as deputy chairman for the same term.

 

Meanwile, they have formed the board’s remunerations and nominations committee and the audit committee.
