Anaam approves board, audit reports for FY 2018

Shareholders of Anaam International Holding Co. approved on Tuesday consolidated financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

 

Meanwhile, they approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including the appointment of an external auditor and a board director.
