MIS shareholders to elect board members on July 18

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term on July 18, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the company’s board of directors to distribute cash dividend for FY 2019.
