Saudi cement firms log 9% sales drop to 4.78M tons in October
Total sales across Saudi Arabia's 17 cement producers fell 8.7% to 4.78 million tons in October 2026, compared to 5.24 million tons in October 2025, according to data released by Yamama Cement Co.

On local performance, three companies posted annual domestic sales growth, led by Umm Al-Qura Cement Co. (+27.2%), followed by Eastern Province Cement Co. (+25.5%). Meanwhile, Northern Region Cement Co.’s local sales remained unchanged compared with October 2025.

Meanwhile, domestic sales declined at 13 companies, led by Hail Cement, down 41.1%, followed by Tabuk Cement (32.1%), compared with the same month in 2025.
Four companies exported 96,000 tons of cement in October 2026, led by Saudi Cement, which exported around 45,000 tons, as shown in the following table.
Companies' clinker output declined 4.9% in October 2026 to 5 million tons, compared with 5.3 million tons in October 2025.
Clinker inventories reached 46.07 million tons at the end of October 2026, up 4.4% YoY compared with 44.14 million tons.
Five companies also exported clinker in October 2026, led by Southern Province Cement, which exported around 127,000 tons, followed by Northern Region Cement, with exports of 124,000 tons.
