The profit increase was due to lower general and administrative expenses as well as reduced finance costs, in addition to the absence of losses from discontinued operations of a subsidiary.
This came despite lower revenue from the operation and maintenance and contracting segments, mainly due to the completion and handover of some projects and the receipt of others, supported by revenue generated from subsidiaries and a share of participation amounting to SAR 72 million, particularly from the subsidiary Protecta Vision Co. ( Roaa Al Hymaya ).
In Q4 2025, The company swung to a net profit of SAR 670,000 from a SAR 1.17 million loss a year earlier.
Sequentially, the company’s bottom line declined 91.2% from SAR 7.67 million in Q3 2025.
