The company attributed the decline in profits to lower revenues, mainly due to a decrease in financing income from lease contracts and the absence of income from leasing Al-Nakheel Grove.
It also cited the lack of non-recurring government grant income recorded in the previous year, the recognition of capital losses from the disposal of investment properties and assets compared with capital gains in 2024.
This was in addition to lower operating and other income, higher general and administrative expenses, and a smaller reversal of impairment losses on investment properties.
Net profit declined by 66.1% to SAR 5.1 million in Q4 2025, compared to SAR 14.92 million in Q4 2024.
Sequentially, net profit increased by 106.3% from SAR 2.45 million in Q3 2025.
