The company reported higher operating expenditure at SAR 255.4 million in Q1 2026, compared to SAR 220.7 million in Q1 2025 on the group’s plans to reinforce future growth, leading to an increase in depreciation and amortization costs.
Gross profit dropped 26.2% to SAR 140.7 million in Q1 2026, compared to SAR 190.7 million in Q1 2025, while operating profit stood at SAR 39.1 million in Q1 2026, compared to SAR 107.6 million in Q1 2025. Further, EBITDA plummeted 40.9% to SAR 76.7 million, compared to SAR 129.8 million in Q1 2025.
On a quarterly basis, net profit dropped 42.2% from SAR 96.19 million in Q4 2025.
Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, reached SAR 3.49 billion as of March 31, 2026, compared to SAR 3.58 billion a year earlier.
