Sales increased by 29.56% year-on-year (YoY) in 2025, driven by higher sales volumes in both the projects and retail segments, which significantly contributed to the full-year revenue growth. Increased sales of power cables impacted positively on both segments.
Higher copper prices also positively influenced selling prices across all product categories, fueling an uptick in total sales value for 2025.
However, the 2025 profit margin was affected by changes in the sales mix, declining by 153 basis points in 2025, compared to last year. However, gross profit increased by 18.29% by year-end, which in turn supported the full-year net profit.
This was offset by a 28.25% YoY increase in selling and marketing expenses for 2025, as well as an annual rise in general and administrative expenses by 22.45% for the same year.
The company also posted higher finance costs in 2025, driven by increased procurement of copper raw material, as well as the expansion of credit sales, which required significantly higher working capital financing.
The Q4 2025 net earnings jumped by 45% to SAR 32.3 million, from SAR 22.32 million a year ago.
On a sequential basis, net profit also leapt 59% from SAR 20.31 million in Q3 2025.
