The profit decline was mainly due to a drop in consolidated sales, an increase in general and administrative expenses and higher financing costs at its Egyptian subsidiary.
 
 In Q4 2024, Halwani Bros. posted a net profit of SAR 15.7 million, down 15% from SAR 18.42 million in the year-earlier period.
 
Net profit rose 20.3% in Q4 2025 from SAR 13.01 million in Q3 2025.
