TASI gains more than 100 points to 12,155, turnover at SAR 11.8 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.9%, or 103 points, to close at 12,155 points today, July 28.
Total turnover reached SAR 11.8 billion, reaching a two-month high.
Total negotiated deals on companies and banks exceeded SAR 5 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank rose more than 1% to SAR 89.60, while Riyad Bank gained more than 2% to SAR 36.50.
Arab National Bank and Banque Saudi Fransi were up nearly 2% after announcing Q2 2022 financials.
Banking shares gained as the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) increased the repo and reverse repo rates by 75 basis points.
SABIC climbed more than 2% to SAR 99. Tasnee jumped more than 6% to SAR 16.38.
Zoujaj went nearly limit up at SAR 35.50 after Q2 2022 results were disclosed.
