TASI rises 0.3% to 10,578 points, turnover at SAR 3.7 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.3%, or 32 points, higher at 10,578 points today, Jan. 2, recording the highest close in a month.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.7 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank increased 1% to SAR 76.20.
ACWA Power, STC, Maaden, Jarir, SIIG and Alinma Bank rose between 1% and 2%.
Cenomi Centers jumped 4% to SAR 19.86 as nearly 1.5 million shares were traded. The company announced a cash dividend for H1 2022/2023 at SAR 0.75 per share.
Jabal Omar gained 4% to SAR 17.12.
Etihad Atheeb went nearly limit up to close at SAR 52.20.

On the other hand, Saudi Aramco - the largest weighted stock in the fourth quarter of 2022 -declined 1% to SAR 32.15.
Saudi National Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi, Riyad Bank and Mouwasat fell between 1% and 3%.
