TASI falls 1.1% to 10,270, records lowest closing in 2 months

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.1%, or 101 points, lower at 10,270 points today, Feb. 21.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.4 billion.

Tadawul will close tomorrow, Feb. 22, on the occasion of Saudi Founding Day. Trading will resume on Thursday, Feb. 23.

Oil giant Aramco and banking major Al Rajhi Bank declined less than 1% each to SAR 32.40 and SAR 74.20, respectively.

SAIB and Advanced closed at SAR 16.46 (-4%) and SAR 44.85 (-2%) after Q4 2022 results missed market expectations.

Tihama was the top decliner, falling more than 9% to SAR 70.30.

Developer Dar Al Arkan fell 7% to SAR 13 as trading exceeded 11 million shares.
