TASI slips marginally to 11,459 pts as market closes for Eid Al-Adha
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) edged down seven points to close at 11,459 points today, June 22. Total turnover reached almost SAR 6.3 billion.
The market will reopen on July 2, following the Eid Al-Adha holidays.
Market Index
Tadawul Group, Arab National Bank, Alinma Bank, Bahri, and Astra ended the trading with declines ranging between 1% and 4%.
SPIMACO was the top decliner as it plunged more than 8%.
Arabian Contracting fell 8% to SAR 178 and SHL lost 2% to close at SAR 19.50, as the stocks traded ex-dividend.
Morabaha Marina Financing Co. slumped more than 5%.
Company Prices
Meanwhile, Sipchem jumped more than 2 % after declaring dividends for H1 2023.
Alhokair Group and Batic ended the day with increases of 9% and 5%, respectively, after implementing stock split measures.
In its debut session, First Mills share soared 18% to SAR 70.50 (+SAR 10.50 compared to the listing price).
