TASI edges down 0.3% to 11,378, traded value at SAR 4.7 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.3%, or 31 points, lower at 11,378 points today, Aug. 22.
Traded value reached almost SAR 4.7 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco dropped nearly 1% to SAR 34.40.
Almarai, Alinma Bank, Maaden, Bupa Arabia, Sulaiman Al Habib, Arab National Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi, SABIC Agri-Nutrients, Bank Albilad, Tawuniya, and Mouwasat fell between 1% and 4%.
Yansab closed 2% down at SAR 42.80. The petrochemical producer announced on Aug. 21 a temporary halt at its plants over emergency repairs, expecting a financial impact of up to SAR 150 million.
