TASI rises 0.3% to 11,155 points, turnover at SAR 7.4 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.3%, or 32 points, higher at 11,155 points today, Sept. 14.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 7.4 billion.
Global index provider FTSE Russell implemented today the changes announced as part of its semi-annual index review.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco rose more than 1% to SAR 33.95, with almost 22 million shares traded valued at SAR 750 million.
Al Rajhi Bank closed at SAR 71.40 (+1%).
eXxtra, Fitness Time, Care, FIPCO, Al Othaim, NADEC and Etihad Etisalat increased between 3$ and 6%.
Arab Sea rose 2% to close at SAR 7.15 after shareholders approved the reduction of the stock nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 1 during the extraordinary general meeting.
Alkhorayef Water gained 3% after the company-led consortium signed a contract worth nearly SAR 7.8 billion with Saudi Water Partnership Co. to develop Rayis-Rabigh IWTP.

Al Mawarid closed at SAR 128 (-1%) following the end of eligibility for cash dividends to shareholders.
