TASI slips 0.1% to 11,040 points, turnover at SAR 4.1 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined 0.1%, or 16 points, to 11,040 points today, Oct. 1.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 4.1 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco fell 1% to SAR 34.70, amid trading of about 11.4 million shares valued at SAR 400 million.
ACWA Power, Maaden, Jabal Omar, MARAFIQ, Saudi Awwal Bank and Tawuniya declined between 1% and 2%.
Retal closed at SAR 8.81 (-1%), following the end of eligibility for cash dividends to shareholders.
Company Prices
On the other hand, Saudi National Bank rose 1% to SAR 33.10.
Electrical Industries rose 5% to close at SAR 2.16. The company’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to reduce the stock par value from SAR 10 to SAR 0.5.
