TASI rises 0.1% to 10,586 points, turnover at SAR 6.5 bln
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 14 points, higher at 10,586 points today, Oct. 12.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 6.5 billion.
The index hit its lowest point today at 10,467, dropping nearly 100 points before recovering.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco rose less than 1% to SAR 33.70.
SABIC, Jabal Omar, SABIC Agri-Nutrients and Tawuniya increased between 1% and 4%.
Jarir gained less than 1% to close at SAR 14.96. The company’s Q3 2023 profit rose 8% year-on-year (YoY).
SASCO closed at SAR 62 (+ 2%) following the announcement of cash distributions to shareholders.
Newly-listed ADES jumped 3% to SAR 18.12. About 100 million shares valued at SAR 1.8 billion were traded. The shares represented 28% of total trading today.
