Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.6%, or 194 points, lower at 11,929 points today, Jan. 3.

  

Total turnover reached almost SAR 11 billion, the highest level since July 2022.  

Market Index

Al Rajhi Bank declined 3% to SAR 84.70. 

 

CATRION, Tawuniya, Yanbu Cement, Leejam, Elm, Nadec, Bank Albilad, Riyad Bank and Aldrees fell between 3% and 5%. 

  

ACWA Power dropped more than 5% to close at SAR 240.20. 

  

SAL fell 1% to SAR 211.40, with about 5 million shares worth SAR 1.1 billion traded.
