TASI rises for 12 consecutive sessions, closes above 12,500
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 17 points, higher at 12,502 points today, Feb. 18, recording the highest close since August 2022.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 9.2 billion.
The benchmark continued to rise for the 12th consecutive session, recording gains of about 700 points.
Market Index
NADEC went almost limit up to close at SAR 35.30, recording the highest close since listing. Nearly 5.4 million shares were traded. The company reported a Q4 2023 net profit of about SAR 124 million, higher than estimates.
Savola Group, Almarai, Jabal Omar, Arab National Bank, and Yamama Cement increased between 1% and 4%.
Bahri closed at SAR 26.35 (+6%).
SAIB rose more than 4% to SAR 16.88 after the bank announced a cash dividend and a bonus issue.
