TASI rises 0.2% to 12,103 pts, total turnover at SAR 5.6B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.2%, or 25 points, higher at 12,103 points today, Jan. 2.
Total turnover reached about SAR 5.6 billion.

Market Index

Al Rajhi Bank rose by 3% to SAR 98.50, recording the highest close since June 2022. Nearly 9 million shares were traded.
 
Tihama rose 10% to SAR 16.86, with more than 10 million shares traded. The trading halt on shares was lifted after the company announced its financial results.
 
Al Yamamah Steel, Elm and Sal gained between 3% and 5%.
 
Zamil closed at SAR 35.05 (+8%).
