TASI rises 0.1% to 12,113 pts, total turnover at SAR 7.7B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 9 points, higher at 12,113 points today, Jan. 7.
Total turnover reached about SAR 7.7 billion.

Market Index

Saudi National Bank rose by 1% to SAR 33.80.
 
Almoosa Health surged by 15% to SAR 146 on debut (+SAR 19 compared to the listing price of SAR 127). About 8 million shares worth SAR 1.2 billion changed hands.
 
Al Mawarid, Maharah, and SMASCO gained between 7% and 10% following a new directive from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development outlining new quotas for domestic workers. 
 
Saudi Re closed an all-time high of SAR 63.90 (+9%) amid trading of about 3.4 million shares.
