TASI climbs 0.5% to 12,173 pts, total turnover at SAR 6.1B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.5%, or 63 points, higher at 12,173 points today, Jan. 14.

Total turnover reached about SAR 6.1 billion.

ACWA Power rose by 1% to SAR 401.20.

Riyad Bank, BSF, Saudi Awwal Bank, stc, Bupa Arabia, Almarai, Sulaiman Al Habib, and SIIG increased between 1% and 4%.

Nice One surged by 10% to SAR 54.30, with about 5.3 million shares worth SAR 275 million traded.

Almoosa gained by 4% to SAR 136 amid trading of nearly 2 million shares.

Americana closed at SAR 2.42 (+9%), while Cenomi Retail jumped by 8% to SAR 15.78.
