TASI rises 0.4% to 12,256 pts, records highest close in 4 months

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.4%, or 44 points, higher at 12,256 points today, Jan. 16, recording the highest close since September 2024.
Total turnover reached about SAR 6.1 billion.

Market Index

Saudi Aramco and Saudi National Bank rose by 1% to SAR 28.25 and SAR 34.90, respectively.
 
SABIC, SABIC AN, Almarai, Alinma Bank, Riyad Bank, and Makkah Construction increased between 1% and 3%.
 
Maaden closed at SAR 48.20 (+2%).
 
First Mills, Modern Mills, MC4, and Arabian Mills rose between 2% and 5%.
