TASI rises 0.4% to 12,421 pts, total turnover at SAR 9B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.4%, or 48 points, higher at 12,421 points today, Jan. 28, recording the highest close since May 2024.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 9 billion.

Market Index

Al Rajhi Bank rose by less than 1% to SAR 95.90.
 
Jabal Omar gained by 8% to SAR 27.80 with about 37 million shares traded valued at over SAR 1 billion, the highest since 2008.
 
stc jumped by more than 2% to SAR 43.30. The telco signed an agreement with a government entity worth SAR 32.64 billion to build, operate and provide telecommunications infrastructure services.
 
Almoosa Health recorded its highest closing since listing at SAR 169.60 (+7%) amid trading of approximately 1.2 million shares.
