TASI drops 1.6% to 11,932 pts, records lowest close in 2025

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.6%, or 192 points, lower at 11,932 points today, March 4, recording the lowest close in more than two months.
Total turnover reached about SAR 6.5 billion.
The decline in the market coincided with the fall in global markets due to economic uncertainty following the US imposition of customs duties and China’s retaliatory tariffs on US imports.

Market Index

Saudi Aramco fell by more than 2% to SAR 26.90 with about 22 million shares valued at over SAR 600 million traded.
 
The company's Q4 2024 profit fell 16% year-on-year to SAR 86.6 billion. It announced a base and performance-linked dividend of SAR 0.33 per share.
 
ACWA Power declined by 6% to SAR 333.20 .
 
Al Rajhi Bank closed at SAR 100.60 (-1%).
 
Herfy fell by 4% to SAR 23, after it turned to a loss of SAR 59.9 million in Q4 2023.
 
Nice One closed limit down at SAR 53.40.
