TASI ends Ramadan in green, rises 0.5% to 12,025 pts

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended Ramadan on a positive note, closing 0.5%, or 55 points, higher at 12,025 points today, March 27.

The index closed at nearly a one-month high, with total turnover reaching about SAR 6 billion.

Trading will be halted at the end of today’s session to celebrate the Eid Al-Fitr holidays and will resume on Thursday, April 3.

Saudi Aramco rose by less than 1% to SAR 26.75.

Maaden, stc, Almarai, Riyad Bank, BSF, Dar Al Arkan, and Arab National Bank increased between 1% and 3%.

Zamil was the top gainer, rising 10% to SAR 32.70 after announcing a profit for Q4 2024.

Al Mawarid closed at SAR 139 (+7%) following the announcement of Q4 2024 results.
