Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.3%, or 35 points, lower at 11,364 points today, May 8.

Total turnover reached about SAR 4.7 billion.

Tadawul Group closed at SAR 178.60 (-3%) after going ex-dividend.

Saudi German Health fell 9% to SAR 64.40, with nearly 1.2 million shares traded.

Bahri, SAPTCO, and Aldawaa declined between 4% and 6%.

Gulf General was the top decliner, falling 10% to SAR 7.76, after the company reported losses of SAR 23.8 million in Q1 2025.

Meanwhile, Al Rajhi Bank and Saudi National Bank rose by 1% to SAR 96.50 and SAR 35.15, respectively.

ACWA Power gained 1% to close at SAR 299.40 after its profits surged 44% year-on-year in Q1 2025.

Almajed Oud was the top gainer, rising 10% to SAR 129 after reporting a rise in Q1 2025 profit.
