TASI rises 0.8% to 10,922 pts, total turnover at SAR 5.5B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.8%, or 82 points, higher at 10,922 points today, Aug. 5.
Total turnover stood at about SAR 5.5 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco rose 1% to SAR 24.12. The company announced its Q2 2025 financial results, including a base and performance-linked dividend.
SIIG, Ekm, Jahez, Mutakamela, Yansab, Care, and Lumi gained between 3% and 8%.
ADES jumped 10% to SAR 14.45, with approximately 14 million shares, valued at nearly SAR 200 million, changing hands. The company signed an agreement to acquire Shelf Drilling Ltd. through a cash merger valued at SAR 1.4 billion.
