TASI slips 4 pts to 10,878, turnover at SAR 4.2B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) slipped four points to close at 10,878 points today, Aug. 20.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 4.2 billion.

Saudi Aramco closed at SAR 23.88 (-1%) after going ex-dividend at SAR 0.33 per share for Q2 2025.

SABIC closed at SAR 57.50 (-3%) after going ex-dividend.

Retal was the top decliner, falling 4% to SAR 13.14, with nearly 2.4 million shares changing hands.

Tadawul Group, SABIC AN, MARAFIQ, Alkhorayef, ANB, Taiba, CATRION, Saudi Kayan, and Cenomi Centers gained between 1% and 3%.

Alistithmar REIT declined 5% to SAR 8.06 amid profit taking. Almost 1.5 million units were traded.
