TASI falls 0.1% to 10,898 pts, turnover at SAR 3.9B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) slipped 0.1%, or 6 points, to 10,898 points today, Aug. 25.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.9 billion.

Market Index

Saudi Aramco slipped by less than 1% to SAR 23.79.
 
ACWA Power and SABIC fell by 2% to SAR 225.80 and SAR 61.05, respectively.
 
SIIG was the top decliner, falling more than 5% to SAR 18.91.
 
Yansab and Eastern Cement closed at SAR 33.44 (-5%) and SAR 26.36 (-2%), respectively, after going ex-dividend.

Rasan, Seera, Retal, Masar, eXtra, Saudi Chemical, Dallah Healthcare, Alandalus, Bank Albilad, and Almarai gained between 2% and 4%.
 
Fitaihi edged up by more than 1% to SAR 3.20 with more than 10 million shares traded.
 
Riyad REIT rose 1% to SAR 5.35 following the announcement of a cash dividend.
