TASI rises 0.3% to 10,485 pts, turnover at SAR 2.6B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.3%, or 34 points, to 10,485 points today, Dec. 21.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 2.6 billion.
During the session, the benchmark index opened at 10,489 points (+112 points compared to last trading close), touched a high of 10,562 points, and slipped to a low of 10,473 points.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank rose by less than 1% to SAR 23.83 and SAR 96.05, respectively.
ACWA Power, Riyad Bank, Tawuniya, Riyadh Cables, Almarai, Aldrees, and Astra also closed in the green territory, advancing between 1% and 4%.
Nama Chemicals topped today’s gainers, surging 10%.
Additionally, recently-listed Alramz Real Estate climbed 6% to SAR 63.30, with a traded volume of around 1.4 million shares. The company had announced the purchase of a commercial block in Riyadh for SAR 382.3 million.

On the other hand, SNB declined 1% to SAR 36.70.
Shares of Elm, SABIC, SABIC AN, Riyadh Development, Rasan, Luberef, Budget Saudi, and Kingdom Holding also finished 1-3% lower.
As for listed funds, Alkhabeer Growth & Income Traded Fund jumped 4%, with a traded volume of around 1.2 million units, following the announcement of the board’s delisting recommendation.
