Saudi Aramco’s share closes 10% higher at SAR 35.20
Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.8%, or 67 points, up on Wednesday to 8,134 points, propelled by the debut of Saudi Aramco.
Market Index
The shares of the oil giant Saudi Aramco on the Saudi stock exchange rose to a maximum of SAR 35.20 (up SAR 3.2 compared to the listing price on the first day of listing).
Over 24.4 million shares, worth SAR 860 million, were traded through 39 thousand transactions.
The benchmark index will not be influenced by any rise or drop of Aramco’s shares in the first five days of trading.
With the close of today’s trading of Aramco’s stock at SAR 35.20, the company’s market value now stands at SAR 7.04 trillion ($1.88 trillion), making it the most valuable listed company in the world.

The shares of Riyad Bank, Sipchem, Alujain, Petrochem, and Seera Holding ended their trading up, gaining between 3 and 8%.
